Mike Lafitte is stepping away from CBRE/Trammell Crow Company after more than 25 years, leaving behind a legacy marked with significant growth and meaningful internal contributions.

Lafitte most recently acted as the chief executive of TCC, an independently operated subsidiary of Dallas-based CBRE , a role in which he oversaw the management and day-to-day operations of the company. He also held the roles of chairman of the TCC executive committee, member of the TCC Investment Committee and global group president, Client Care, for CBRE.

Lafitte grew up in Dallas and earned a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Lafitte plans to pursue outside business and investment opportunities and personal interests upon his departure. “Now I am looking forward to serving on various boards, investing in real estate along with other business opportunities, staying active in the community and spending more quality time with family and friends,” Lafitte added.
