Two iconic Cork pubs have hit the property market in recent days, with one needing a bit of a makeover but the other in turnkey condition and ready to be taken over as a bar right away.Dan Sheahan's Bar at Knockanemore, Srelane is up for auction. The bar, once known for its lively trad sessions and pub grub, has been sitting empty since before the Covid-19 pandemic and is awaiting a new owner to return it to its former glory.

The building comes with an Advised Minimum Value of €225,000 and is expected to be sold at auction in just a couple of months.
