Kaptured by Kelley, an Arizona-based drive-thru salad chain specializing in made-to-order meals at affordable prices, plans to open three initial locations in February as it expands into Houston. The Katy store at 5200 FM 1463 is slated to open Feb. 1; the Richmond location at 19110 West Bellfort Blvd. is set to open Feb. 17; and the League City store at 2590 E. League City Parkway will open Feb. 22.

signed a ground lease for a 1.6-acre pad site where it will build a 7,800-square-foot restaurant in the Grand at Aliana, a 400,000-square-foot development of NewQuest Properties at West Grand Parkway and West Airport Boulevard in Richmond. Josh Friedlander and David Meyers of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Brad Kilbride and Grant Walker of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
