Calgary’s high-end homes market led nation with growth in 2022 yyc

The Greater Toronto Area sales for homes $4 million and over fell 24 per cent to 611 homes in 2022. Ultra-luxury homes also dropped by 29 per cent to 22 sales. The report notes most markets saw robust sales for luxury early in 2022 with activity falling significantly in the second half, including Calgary’s, which decreased 13 per cent from July to December over the same span in 2021.
