In an attempt to make rideshare costs fair, the bill -- which has the support of the Colorado Independent Drivers Union -- would require that both drivers and riders would get to see the full charges.

Its summary doesn't attach amounts paid to specific rides, but shows that information in aggregate because driver pay is decoupled from rider pay.
