An Arizona-born drive-thru salad chain has two new locations opening in the Valley.

In its 10th year in business, the salad chain has established over 50 locations in the Valley and over 90 locations spanning four states: Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada. . The company opened three new Arizona locations last summer – 5218 East Baseline Road in Gilbert, 8220 W. Thunderbird Road in Peoria, and 1302 S. Kolb Road in Tucson.took over as CEO of Salad and Go in early 2022Morrison nominated himself as the new CEO after serving on the company’s board of directors for two years. Morrison more than tripled the number of Wingstop locations to 1,800 and is using his expertise to grow Salad and Go’s brand footprint.
