Things I would like to see taxi change : 1. Not hiring non-Malaysian as a driver 2. Stop talking & expressing ur view esp. on political issues. Just shut up & drive 3. Stop taking a long route, we know 4. Upgrade ur taxi 5. Don't stop if ur not willing 2go2 certain places
Past are the days of arrogant taxi drivers that do not use meter and charge exorbitant prices. Move and change with the times or face the extinction of the old taxi system.
Ask anyone & I’m sure most would answer e-hailing is the choice! Taxis should improve their service instead of blaming others

There were times i had to stand for hours for taxi and when i get i have to beg them to reduce the their choice fare and I have walked miles because of this as i refused their rate or they dont want to go that route. Now your lesson time. Not blaming all taxi here.
Actually taxi should close as they dont improve and sitting stale demanding others not to improve. Dont talk work on improving taxi or join them and dont complain

Get the message. NOBODY wants taxis anymore. I had yr chance n it is terrible. That is the starting point. So focus on UPGRADING your lousy service n take responsibility for reform. U defer all reform to the govt n complain they don’t reform YOU! Step up or FO. We won’t miss u.

No thanks. Took a taxi back from the airport last month and it reminded me why I don't like taxis. I had severe nausea after the ride from reckless driving. So, thanks again taxi driver for reminding me why I don't take taxis.

Taxi companies are responsible to ensure taxi drivers (those driving company’s taxis) to follow the rules.
If you don't modernize & transform, don't blame others if u r losing out. Ask what d consumers want & what u can do to cater to their needs effectively & efficiently at a reasonable cost? Stop the clutch mentality.

So does this guy mean that the Taxis are not obstructing traffic? Pls go around tourist attractions and you’ll see all those “Taxi Kiosk” pop up and not to mention space reserving by those taxi driver by placing cone. Do they have the right in the first place?
