please read judgement. It doesn't say patent is invalid but only sends the case back to trial court.

When and where did the supreme Court say the patent is valid. Check the order.

This is a bad sign for the humanity! There is no reason to allow them to hold patents for seeds especially in a country like full of poor farmers like India. Other countries will follow and soon Beyer and Monsanto will dictate what we eat, wear and drink!
