Teague Moriarty has a new concept cooking next door to the Rickshaw Stop.

A new restaurant from several veterans of the acclaimed Sons & Daughters — and with backing from its chef-owner Teague Moriarty — is on the way to Hayes Valley.

Kiln coming to a 3,400-square-foot space at 149 Fell St. next door to the indie concert venue Rickshaw Stop and could open as soon as this summer, according to a recently createdKiln is receiving some investment from Moriarty's vehicle, T&M Enterprises LLC. A spokesperson declined to comment on whether the 'M' indicates Matt McNamara, who co-founded the Nob Hill destination with Moriarty and subsequent restaurants Sweet Woodruff and The Square.

Moriarty “has been generous and kind enough to believe in our project," the pair said in a statement.
