The business went from two owners at the end of 2022 to 33 in 2023.

The company said that last year, owners, Kevin Craig, CEO and Dennis Shifler, president, considered the options for the future transition of the business, years in advance.

“We have always treated our employees like family,” Craig said in a news release. “We are excited that everyone now has a stake in the business.”Employees who are 18 and older are eligible to participate in the ESOP after completing one year of employment.Pro-Cut is located at 3939 Trindle Road and has been in business for more than 50 years. The company offers an array of concrete sawing and drilling services in the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
