Sureway Employment and Training, which matches jobseekers in government programs with employment opportunities, has bought Melbourne-based psychology practice Kylie Wainwright and Associates.

KWA’s 10 psychologists and three administration staff provide counselling and psychological assessments to children, adolescents, adults and couples. They work with clients out of their Eltham offices in north-east Melbourne and remotely via telehealth.

The acquirer, Sureway Employment and Training, is backed by private equity firm Anacacia Capital. It was founded 31 years ago in NSW’s Wagga Wagga and has presence across 100 locations in NSW, the ACT, Victoria and South Australia. Sureway chief executive Matthew Hall said the KWA bolt-on was aligned with its strategy of growing in the allied health sector.
