Mayoral candidates agree about permitting woes, spar over city's path

Whoever is Jacksonville's next mayor, one thing is clear: Changes are likely coming to the city's permitting process.

All the candidates laid out ways that they would help the construction industry, with cutting through red tape something they all promised. Gibson added to that her vision of bundling together projects, a process that ties together multiple projects.
