What? All those PR style commercials saying they want to be conscientious about the environment were a lie? All those times they whined they don't make enough $$ was also a lie? Again stop putting trust in corporations that make promise ads they'll stop being evil. They won't

If they don't like it we should just enforce the required 80% cut in fossil fuel emission required by 2030 and 'oil companies just have to meet the target, let them figure out how.'

PR is cheap compared to greenwashing. Textbook oil and plastic industry, decades of predatory delay.

We need to end tax payer subsidies to this industry. They take in billions, are not good corporate citizens and most importantly... They don’t need it. Invest those billions in giveaways in healthcare, education and housing instead.

This is ridiculous. The fed should legislation that these companies use a portion of profit to directly built green energy projects instead of merely investing.
