Megha Tolia, Shondaland's inaugural president and chief operating officer, shares her insights on becoming a part of a leading production agency.

“If I throw a stone in the river, it’s going to have more waves as opposed to a little bit of ripple,” Tolia said. “That’s a bit different from my previous role.”
