A radioactive camera is still missing in Houston and the company is offering a reward for its return

"The material is sealed within multiple layers of protection, and the risk of exposure is very low," OEM officials wrote in a release over the weekend. The department also wrote that the levels of radiation outside the camera are not dangerous.Radiography cameras are used to see. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, industrial radiography can be useful because it does not damage or change the item being tested.

OEM officials said if anyone finds the camera, they should not try and open it and should either call emergency services or the DSHA 24-hour phone line at 512-458-7460.
