Colemans has issued a voluntary recall on a number of in-store beef and pork ground meat products at its Garden’s Market store in Corner Brook.
The store says a regular inspection of equipment discovered that a small metal component on its meat grinder was missing. Out of an abundance of caution, the store removed the products in question and is issuing an advisory to customers who purchased any of a number of products packaged on or between Sunday, March 12 and noon on Wednesday, March 15.
The products include fresh ground beef and beef patties, fresh ground pork and pork patties, fresh store-made beef or pork meatballs, fresh store-made meatloaf and fresh store-made pork sausages.
