Well done Rhiannon👏

You can expect to see long queues forming outside a Co Armagh mum's newest business venture when it opens its doors next weekend.

Rhiannon and her team offer around 60 different varieties of sweet and savoury treats including scones, soda farls and wheaten bread to an array of freshly homemade traybakes and cupcakes and a range of hot drinks. "This is where I learnt how to bake and am so thankful for the opportunity to work in the family business. It's something I will be forever grateful for," she said.

"In June 2020, I gave up my part time job as a classroom assistant to pursue my dream of baking full time. I started up a small business in a cabin in my back garden - The Cabin Shop on Scotch Street." And the expansion hasn't stopped there as just this month, Rhiannon signed two new leases for a fifth location in Portstewart and a sixth at Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon.

"It is an exciting time as we expand our business further and operate in six locations across Northern Ireland while also recruiting additional staff both in the shops and in our bakery to cope with the demand."
