There is not a shortage of truck drivers. This is propaganda by the American Trucking Association ATA to keep wages suppressed.

It is possible in those countries where every citizen respect women. Here the safety of women trucker is important which no government can ensure.

Paying employees more does wonders for 'worker shortages'.
