WATCH LIVE: House panel holds hearing to examine Biden administration's weaponization of social media companies

The House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government is holding a hearing Thursday to examine the Missouri v. Biden case.

The case alleges that the Biden administration directed social media companies to censor United States citizens, violating the First Amendment.

Filed in May last year by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, the lawsuit holds that the Biden administration colluded with Big Tech companies to suppress information related to COVID-19, election integrity, and other topics unfairly.Sen. Eric Schmitt , Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, Louisiana Department of Justice Special Assistant Attorney General D. John Sauer, and Stanford constitutional law professor Matthew Seligman will all be testifying.
