For clarity contact ended over two years ago, and I have approached TelkomZA via their stores (5 times) + emails (to the cancellation department - they just ignore it) + Twitter (had a chat with somebody but nothing materialised). wendyknowler

Great topic. 100% unethical behaviour practice by cellphone companies - in my mind TelkomZA is at the lead of the pack. I have been trying to cancel insurance for over 2years. Frustrate one into submission is their strategy. Who do I report this to wendyknowler
