Realtors people. Realtors and landlords are the people that set housing prices.

The coming economic crash will sort that out and put us all in the same boat, deprived and reliant on government.

It’s harpers fault

Politicians like to point the finger at anyone and anything but themselves but the obstacle to affordable housing isn’t a great mystery — it’s the government taxing, regulating and zoning the country into a shortage.

What about bureaucracy?
