Participants at the recently signed Business Facilitation (Miscellaneous Provision) Act 2023 have expressed confidence in its capacity to enhance the ease of doing business in both public and private sectors.

They noted that the Act incorporated the essential provisions promoting accountability and transparency for government agencies and business operations.

Participants further stated that the Act was passed following the collaboration of NBA-SBL and the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, among others including federal, state, and local governments, judiciary and the private sector.
