Now a 4.3-acre tract of land with two private ponds and a chipping green, the “Amazing Grace” property has been“I probably get calls every week,” said Robert Clayton of Clayton & Clayton Real Estate, who is listing both properties. “We want to find the right buyer.”

The two properties were previously together as one parcel owned by Summerall. He split them before the second house was built, Clayton said. Clayton said “Phoenix Rising” got its name after another fire – which he believes was caused by lightning – destroyed the house on that property, years before Summerall’s adjacent home also burned down.Luxury finishes in the home include quartz countertops and a marble backsplash in the kitchen and heated flooring in the main suite.
