Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired to market ExxonMobil's former headquarters campus in Irving. It's one of the largest available sites in Las Colinas.

The former ExxonMobil headquarters in Las Colinas is on 290 acres.The new owner of Exxon Mobil’s longtime campus in Las Colinas has hired a commercial property firm to market and manage the property.acquired the 379,000-square-foot office complex and surrounding 290 acres near State Highway 114 in Irving late last year.from the campus it has occupied since 1996 to the oil giant’s larger site in suburban Houston.

Capital Commercial plans to repurpose the offices at 5959 Las Colinas Blvd. for new businesses and to develop the surrounding vacant land.
