$144 billion investment firm Man Group is supercharging non-tech workers with Python and data-science skills. Here's a look inside the popular program helping employees save time.

As of the end of 2022, 492 employees had graduated from the program, Beeson told Insider via email. Roughly 40 workers are currently studying in and there are 191 employees on the waitlist.
