The shop on Douglas Street opened 10 years ago where it still stands, and thanks to its founder having her eye on the pie, customers new and old keep falling in love with the crusted creations.
“I thought it was absolutely fantastic. I really like the concept of putting a pie in a pan, and then she heated it up immediately as soon as I started ordering. Really, really good,” said one customer visiting from Washington state. And for a third customer who recently moved to B.C.’s capital, you could say Victoria Pie Co. is the apple of her eye.
