the US has never paid for education for the public. most of the so called private schools aren't any better

All the kids are on their cellphones posting on Facebook and Instagram during class. So are half of the teachers!

True. Public schools in our area do not offer enough of a yearly increase to keep up with the inflation rates... and that’s just teachers. Support staff — IT, parapros, custodial, transportation — have it much worse.
