Epic $15M Texas Hill County resort with organic farm, 7,000-bottle wine cellar hits the market

It eventually included a 60,000-square-foot indoor horseback riding arena — one of the largest in Texas, riding trails, an infinity pool, tennis courts, a spa, two ponds stocked with large-mouth bass, a 7,000-bottle wine cellar and a rose garden that was often used for weddings and events. At one point, it had what was Texas' only Forbes five-star restaurant featuring ingredients from a 42-acre organic farm on the property.

The Inn at Dos Brisas was a sprawling luxury ranch resort that closed during the pandemic. Now the 313-acre property north of Houston is on the market for $15 million with Compass Real Estate.Each hacienda, covering about 3,000 square feet including outdoor space, cost at least $1 million to build and features heated plunge pools, private outdoor showers and golf carts.
