Because they can’t maximize profits anymore, and no one fills out surveys honestly.

Duh

They want to ask us out

No corporations are not people, but people do run them. Only one thing matters on this planet. That's money. People can't say it's not about money. Try living in a house, try to eat and try to do anything without money.

Decent opinion that could dig a tad deeper IMHO; but a worthy read. The headline needs work! Think: Less: Virgins, giggling in the corner. & More: Washington Post

Let’s not confuse “care” with “interested”. There’s no emotional reason behind what they want to know, there’s a financial reason.

So that they can produce and sell us more of what we want?

I hate your newspaper.

Psst you can quote me as a highly placed source inside capitalism, it's fucking money

Corporations Are people right? Why would you expect anything else?

I'm not convinced it's the results they are after. More a case of people feeling that there is added value if they are asked opinion about products or services.

Why is anyone

I’m guessing it has something to do with MONEY but I’m just spitballing here!

It is out of genuine interest in our feelings and empathizing with their customer base...This seems like a ‘bottom of the barrel’ type of an opinion piece, there are so many other, far more relevant things to have opinions about right now.

You assclowns really needed a poll to figure this one out?

I.D.G.A.F. why companies are desperate to know about me! My life is my business to share as I please or not!

Money

They're just going to have to guess I refuse to wait on the phone for a survey.

They could care less what we think of them - as they constantly prove. What they are after is personal, identifying information. That can be sold to aggregators and used in a great many ways.

They want you to think they are; but, they’re not.

Because they have a secret crush on us.

So they can better manipulate us

Gosh I don't know maybe$$$$$$$$
