The Vegas Golden Knights are now just three wins away from winning The Stanley Cup after taking down the Florida Panthers in game one of their series. Jason and Frank kicked off today’s episode by talking about the Golden Knights scoring five goals, the goaltending matchup in this series, and how Florida can bounce back.

From there, they talked about some of the high-end goalies that are on the trade market this summer. Frank gave some insight into the futures of both Connor Hellebuyck and John Gibson while Gregor speculated on where each of those two could land. The Penguins and Kings are two teams that could be looking for upgrades between the pipes.

Tyler then hopped in for a new edition of Fill in the Blank presented by UFC 289. He asked them about how busy the Jets will be this summer and who will be the starting goaltender for the Toronto Maple Leafs. To wrap things up, they talked about the hiring of Mike Babcock in Columbus. Has he changed his ways? They debated that and talked about the fit between the Stanley Cup Champion and the group of players that the Blue Jackets have.

We also heard from Commissioner Gary Bettman about a handful of topics including the Salary Cap not going up very much this summer, the future of the Coyotes, and the investigation into the 2018 World Junior team.22:30 – Fill in the Blank pres. by UFC 289Keep scrolling for more content!
