Tradeglaze invests over £300k in state-of-the-art technology, aiming for Passivhaus-standard product fabrication.

Lincoln fabricator and installer of bespoke PVCu and aluminium double glazing products Tradeglaze has taken delivery of a new, fully automated CNC sawing and machining centre at the company’s premises on Bishops Road.

Capable of prepping and cutting on a wide array of PVCu profiles, including the most innovative window and door systems in the UK, the Autoflow-2 MK4 enables Tradeglaze to manufacture windows and doors to Passivhaus-standards. "This new investment also allows us to manufacture brand new products in our factory such as flush casement windows, a window style that has been rapidly increasing in popularity across both the domestic and commercial markets. Flush sash casement windows are the latest generation windows, offering the authentic look of a traditional timber window combined with all the benefits of modern energy efficiency.

“We are fully committed to investing in Tradeglaze so we can continue supplying the latest technology windows, doors and curtain walling for our customers”, concluded Jeremy Wetherall.
