KUALA LUMPUR: A 54-year-old businessman – with a Datuk Seri title – is under investigation for allegedly assaulting and threatening a company director at gunpoint on two occasions.

A source said the first incident took place at a restaurant in Jalan Dutamas here on June 6, when the suspect and his friend had a meeting with the victim, 62.
