The redeveloped park is set to include warehouse and distribution space

Plans have been submitted for a £150million extension and redevelopment of the Enkalon Business Park in Antrim.

With excellent transport links, including easy access to the M2 motorway, the proposed new build warehouse space is likely to appeal to a wide variety of local and international businesses. “Following this engagement with key stakeholders, our team has refined and finalised our planning submission and we’re excited to take this project through the next stage.”

“The economic benefit of the project to the Antrim and Newtownabbey area and sub region will be considerable and we hope to be on site in early 2024.”
