The architect's vision for a new housing village in Sydney's northwest has been revealed ahead of its launch to market, described as 'unrivalled luxury'. 👇

Stage one of a housing village in Castle Hill, including 151 apartments, is launching to the market.

The recently approved development, by Ellipse Property, is the latest masterplanned residential community to come to the Sydney property market. Construction is set to start in the coming months and be completed by 2025, while the entire project is forecast for completion in 2032 with 2300 residents to eventually move in.

“The Carrington Place Master Plan places significant emphasis on the importance of Cattai Creek to the plan,” design architect Tony Owen said.“In particular, the plan identifies the path of Cattai Creek as the main green corridor for the precinct. The plan envisages the creek corridor as a significant communal environmental amenity.
