A lawsuit has been filed against Dan McDowell and Jake Kemp, former co-hosts of The Hang Zone, by the parent company Susquehanna. The lawsuit claims that McDowell and Kemp violated noncompete agreements by taking over social media accounts and repurposing them for their new podcast, The Dumb Zone. The podcast requires a monthly subscription fee and focuses on Dallas-area sports, targeting the same male audience as their previous show.
