Los Angeles business owner Paul Scrivano criticizes the use of oxygen cylinders as a temporary solution to help homeless drug addicts recover from overdoses, stating that it is not enough to address the city's drug crisis.

Los Angeles business owner Paul Scrivano joined 'Fox & Friends First' to discuss how the city is taking action to combat the drug surge and why he doesn't consider the effort even a 'Band-Aid' to the issue.is slamming the latest effort to curb opiod-related deaths in Los Angeles by deploying mobile teams with oxygen cylinders to help homeless addicts on Skid Row.

A homeless man sorts through belongings at a sidewalk encampment on Deering Avenue on Monday, July 10, 2023 in Canoga Park, CA. The simplest method is mouth-to-mouth breathing, but the Homeless Health Care teams use masks hooked up to oxygen cylinders, a tool more commonly seen on ambulances and in hospitals," The Los Angeles Times explained Sunday.

"If you dig deep enough is very simply normalizing depravity. Just get it normalized on the streets," Scrivano said."Another reason I think they're doing this is targeting people like me, business owners with strong voices. Having this condition on the streets drives people off the streets."
