Asia-Pacific stocks mostly increased Monday, Aug. 21, with shares in Hong Kong declining for the seventh day.

Among the Hang Seng Index constituents, computers/consumer electronics company Lenovo Group 992, +2.19% saw the largest increase Monday, as shares increased 2.2%. Shares of renewable energy equipment firm Xinyi Solar Holdings 968, -5.38% and life insurance company China Life Insurance 2628, -3.97% dropped 5.4% and 4.0%, respectively.
