U.K. stocks finished up Wednesday, with the FTSE 100 Index increasing 0.68% at 7,320.53. Among FTSE 100 constituents, industrial/office reits company SEGRO...

Among FTSE 100 constituents, industrial/office reits company SEGRO PLC SGRO, +2.95% saw the largest increase Wednesday, as shares increased 2.95%.

Flutter Entertainment PLC FLTR, +2.64%, a gambling industries company, and diversified reits business Land Securities Group PLC LAND, +2.58% rounded out the top five largest increases as their stocks rose 2.64% and 2.58%, respectively. Shares of major oil & gas firm BP PLC BP, -1.41% and mixed retailing company B&M European Value Retail S.A. BME, -1.02% shed 1.41% and 1.02%, respectively.

The pound was down 0.14% against dollar GBPUSD, -0.16% at $1.2714 and 0.29% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.32% at €1.1705.
