Because outrage culture keeps giving free advertising. If people would stop losing their minds over trivial stories that don’t personally effect them there probably wouldn’t be clothing like this.

Obliviousness?

That's not the whole picture. In some companies, the culture is so engrained that Jewish people and people of colour who are hired are humiliated or ostracized. Look up Zara. This is not 'racial insensitivity', it's straight -out racism.

Because their views are not racism, it is the viewers who are looking for reasons to cry racism

Why don’t we accept and embrace our colours. Why we constantly making racism in clothing? When it comes with police brutality, unfairly treatment in justice system ok to stand up for our rights. This fashion racism is waist of time.

So... would Darth Vader be considered 'BLACK FACE', he's a white guy, wearing a black face... so, we should boycott Star War. Or anything to do with a black mask. This is getting seriously silly, How far will this crap go...

Because, instead of accepting that 'it is what it is,' and just moving on; these crybabys like to moan 'poor me, poor me ' and cry about how hard they are gone by . To those: GET A LIFE PEOPLE! AND LIVE IT!

Because whinners are idiots of the future

Key word - apparent. Not all incidents are racially insensitive - they're just labelled so in support of twisted and false agenda. None of this addresses real racial issues. I mean with the fashion brands pulling these 'offensive' items what has changed re discussions on race?

Perhaps, because society is currently way too far left?

simple answer to your question ... because in today's world people go looking for things to get offend about and the racist tag has become the thing to do

Stupid story.

Maybe people have become too sensitive in the name of political correctness. Everyone is offended by everything these days...SAD

So much for marketing. Sounds like these companies fly by the seat of their pants and whatever sticks they sell. The fashion world is out of touch for sure. Exorbitant prices for products produced in sweat shops that everyone has to have. Pathetic

Because fashion brands are unaware that generation snowflakes have taken over and everything offends everyone.

“Apparent”

Diversity and inclusion committees at large firms may be a step. The composition may be challenging if they have poor hiring practices or leadership has no respect for the “other”

Slow news day in Canada? We have a Crime Minister changing his story every day and obviously guilty of Obstruction of Justice and media is trying to distract the public with stories like this - that’s what a 600 million dollar bribe buys you a buried story....

to draw attention & get social media buzzing.

Because they don't know any better.

Because the world is getting more stupid every day worrying about what a minority of people complain about.

Inexpensive brand awareness. The New York shock jock was the master of it.

I don't think it was meant to be racist. It definitely looks bad lol. I think it's a bad decision but you got to laugh at it at the same time. 😂

Stop being so sensitive. It's a choice to be offended or not.

Marxism. Saved you a click.

Because the MSM's sole purpose is to orchestrate and frame a narrative to divide the public. There's nothing racist about that Gucci sweater. The only thing that's wrong about it was the price tag, but the free market takes care of that.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is just a distraction. Poor people dont even wear that over prices mediocre fashion line anyhow.

Great now I have to throw out my favourite black turtleneck sweater.

Because people get outraged and the publicity helps the brand long term.

Balaclavas are typically made from a black material, and Gucci probably added the red to differentiate and class it up, b/c yanno .. ppl paint their lips red every day. And the libs have been taught to seek and destroy anything that resembles bad behaviour of the past

You have to be insanely tone deaf at gucci not to have seen how bad that was. Talk about a bubble of ignorance. I used to buy Gucci ...but wow.

Controversy is marketing. Like getting gun information wrong and mis(dis)informing your viewer to think there is a problem that doesn't exist.

Next you can’t wear a ski mask to rob the bank. What’s happening to the world. How will robbers survive

They don’t - miserable leftists with sad lives finger wag over imaginary transgressions so they can feel good about themselves at virtue signaling leftist cocktail parties...

idiots..anything but Black!!!

because people keep making shit up about things they see. If this is black face what is a balaclava?
