The tire shop was acquired earlier this month.

purchased Dice’s Tire at 7061 Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township earlier this month from owners Sherrie Fisher and Trey Wible. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

“I’ve been in the tire business for 39 years and am so very proud of my team and what we’ve built. I’m also thrilled to be able to transition our family business to another family-owned business” Sherrie Fisher, owner of Dice’s Tire Service, said in a news release.The company said that most employees from Dice’s Tire Service will stay on with McCarthy Tire.

McCarthy Tire is a fourth-generation family-owned and operated commercial tire dealer headquartered in Wilkes-Barre and founded in 1926. With this acquisition, McCarthy Tire has more than 70 service locations and 14 Bandag retread tire manufacturing plants along the East Coast.
