This not a unique story. Air Force bases around the country have effected ground water. Apparently, control of jet fuel storage has been spotty with leaks(usually long term, minute leaks).
This story needs more attention!

This is why we need regulations -- people and organizations have their own interests at heart and generally are not considerate of other people.
