International Beverage's proposed acquisition from the Anora Group includes Larsen Cognac's production site and eau-de-vie maturation stock in France.

A Lanarkshire spirits producer has reached an agreement with the Anora Group to buy its Larsen Cognac business for €54 million.

Following completion of the transaction, International Beverage will focus on strengthening Larsen’s position through its network of distribution partners globally with specific focus on key export markets in Asia, including China and Hong Kong, where International Beverage owns a premium spirits distribution business, AsiaEuro International Beverage , through its joint venture.
