Who's up for a Night at the Science Museum?

Adults will be able to discover what happens after dark at the Science and Industry Museum as part of a special, after-hours event.

The ticketed event will allow guests to explore all of the museum’s activities, exhibitions and experiences, including the Power Up exhibition, which explores five decades of gaming from the likes of Pong and Pac-Man to futuristic next-gen virtual reality, and the super-sized science of Operation Ouch! Food, Poo and You.

The museum’s permanent galleries, including the Textiles and Experiment galleries, will also be available to explore during the special setting. There will also be an opportunity to see Paul Miller’s unique audio-visual spectacle MicroCosmic installation as well as hear from the artist himself as part of a discussion with Professor Chloe James from the University of Salford. The Microbial Puppet Masters team from the Universities of Salford and Liverpool will also be making appearances.
