The owner said the stand's 'amazing and loyal' customers will be missed.

It's a longtime standholder's final week at Lancaster Central Market.Shenk's Poultry said that starting Oct. 1, the stand will be owned and operated by Breakaway Farms. Breakaway Farms sells beef, pork, lamb, sausage and bacon.Shenk's has had its stand for nearly 22 years and said customers and fellow standholders will be missed.

"It has been an absolute honor to serve our customers and we're so grateful for the relationships that have been built and the many fond memories we will have forever. We love and appreciate each one of you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts," the family wrote in a Facebook post. This content is imported from Facebook.
