Announced on Sept. 27, this contribution is a small part of the province's $83 million commitment to building affordable housing across Nova Scotia, specifically in Bridgewater, Truro, Kentville, Cape Breton and Halifax Regional Municipality . "I'm pleased this announcement means more people will have a safe and affordable place to call home," said MLA Dave Ritcey in a press release."This investment by our government will help make that a reality for more families in our community."
