When David Chadwick was a college basketball player, he launched a class project to create a Yelp or a Glassdoor for college sports. He wanted prospective athletes to be able to read reviews of various programs, from the condition of the locker room to the temperament of the head coach, written by athletes who were there.
But when Chadwick tested the platform in 2015-16 and began taking on clients a year later, something darker emerged.

Anonymous feedback can be abused by colluding abuser brats to harass/mob targets and it can breed distrust...require to be specific - and dont let it become a bullying tool as can occurs in some anonymous feedback systems..
