The two big warehouse buildings are planned in the Carter Park East industrial park, south of Interstate 20. Fort Worth-based developer Rob Riner Cos. is building the more than 500-acre industrial campus.The buildings will contain 771,012 square feet and 645,254 square feet, according to planning documents filed with the state.
