The Nation Newspaper ‘We’ll network artisans to global market’

Sanwo-Olu spoke during graduation and presentation of tools to trained Master Craftsmen in the built sector at Radio Lagos/Eko FM Multipurpose Hall, Ikeja, Lagos.

He said: “We have identified gaps in the sectors and plan to address them. Hence our desire to build affordable housing projects leveraging on raw talent from our space, promoting local content in masonry; furniture and carpentry; plumbing and pipe fitting; electrical installation and maintenance; painting and decoration.Obaseki: Nigeria will be in deeper trouble if we don’t cut waste

The commissioner promised to network them to the globe by adding their details on the ministry’s database. “Our expectation from you is the application and transfer of skills gathered in the training and deliver the best to your clients, thereby enhancing efforts of the state and expansion of the programme.’’
