A burns survivor who was scarred for life in a horrific coach crash has called for the beauty industry to do more to appeal to women suffering from facial disfigurements.

Catrin Pugh, who suffered 96 per cent burns in the accident six years ago, said beauty and make up firms were failing to provide women like her with suitable role models.
