A woman was having trouble obtaining a refund for a wrong battery sent to her for her mobility scooter, so she called KENS for help.

Ordering online is easy, until there's a problem. When a woman didn't think a company was going to refund her money, she called KENS for help.SAN ANTONIO — As we get older it gets harder and harder to get around. Mobility scooters allowed some people to maintain their independence. But when that battery goes dead, you find yourself being dependant on someone else for the most simple errands.

When it arrived a few days later, Johnson quickly discovered it was not the correct battery. She called the company and was told,"someone would call me back." Over the next month, according to Johnson no one ever called her back or sent her any information, or a return label so she could get the proper battery.
